We have to expose ourselves to the sun during the daytime. Due to this change in weather and exposure to a hot atmosphere during summer, we may develop frequent health issues during this period. Stomach ache, indigestion, dehydration, heat stroke, sunburn, skin rashes etc. are some of the common health issues that we could come across in summer.

. Stay Indoors
You have to try to keep yourself in the house during the daytime in the summer months. Try to avoid daytime outings as much as you can. Start doing work from home assignments is possible. This is the best way of avoiding summer sicknesses.

To avoid the scorching heat of summer, you must wear protective clothing in summer. Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes. You can switch to full sleeve or ¾th sleeves dresses to avoid the sun tan and sunburn. Try to use an umbrella wherever you go outside of your home during the daytime.
· Eat a Lot of Fruits
Fruits are enriched with a water base, essential vitamins, essential acids, fibre etc. You must add a lot of fruits to your diet. Fruits like watermelons, oranges, papaya, mangos, litchi etc. could be ideal fruit options for you during the summer.
· Avoid Junk Foods and Fast Foods
You also need to avoid junk foods and all kinds of fast foods during summer to keep your stomach healthy. Outside food is oily and could have germs in it that may cause health issues. Also, eating too much junk food may affect your healthy lifestyle too. So to stay fit, you must avoid junk food.
